- Assigned for installation, training & commissioning of software.
- Responsible for Installation, Configuration and Support of Software Products.
- Troubleshooting on site as well as managing online support.
- Testing and Deploying Applications.
- Deploying Databases as well as managing Backup, Restore and Data Migration.
- Giving Product Demonstrations and Presentations.
- Complete all tasks in a timely mannerwhich are part of overall project.
- To support software customers under warranty & SLA. Must have good communication skills to be able to coordinate with customers.
- Software analysis, problem solving & quality assurance skill sets will be required to ensure his team is able to satisfactorily complete installation & resolve complaints within assigned time frame and with customer satisfaction.
