Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers via phone, email, social media, and other platforms.
  • Nurture leads and convert them into sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and strategies to promote our eBook writing service.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in front-end sales, preferably in the eBook industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with sales principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet sales targets.
