Student Counsellor

Neon Consultant is seeking a dedicated Student Counsellor to provide expert guidance to students pursuing study visas. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in the study visa consultancy field and demonstrates strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, the capacity to work under pressure, and a commitment to accurate documentation and reporting. The Student Counsellor will handle client inquiries, assess student needs, and assist them in making well-informed decisions regarding educational pathways abroad. The role involves active engagement on social media platforms to extend guidance and reach a broader student audience. This position does not include managing a team but involves significant client-facing responsibilities and collaboration with other departments within Neon Consultant.
Responsibilities
The Student Counsellor at Neon Consultant works closely with prospective students to understand their academic goals and preferences to recommend suitable educational programs and institutions abroad. This involves conducting individual counseling sessions to assess unique student profiles, providing detailed advice on visa requirements, application processes, and scholarship options.
