We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive (Must have experience with any UK accountancy ) to join our finance team at Nessovo Solutions, IT company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing company accounts, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Account Executive will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting processes, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Tax and Compliance:
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and adherence to statutory compliance requirements.
- Liaise with auditors and manage internal and external audits.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Payroll and Vendor Management:
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Manage vendor payments and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
