We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive (Male) with proven experience in technical recruitment within an IT company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and supporting HR functions aligned with organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct technical recruitment for positions including developers, QA engineers, designers, project managers, and other IT-related roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation.
- Maintain HR databases, recruitment reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2 – 3 years of proven experience in technical recruitment within an IT company.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and recruitment trends.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
