Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Telesales
- Call Dubai-based property owners from NestHive’s internal database.
- Qualify owners based on their current property status: rented, vacant, selling, or renovating.
- Present NestHive’s services tactfully, focusing on client needs (not just promotions).
- Introduce off-plan investment options, resale support, or technical services depending on the owner profile.
Service Matching & Consult Scheduling
- Identify owner needs and match them to the correct NestHive service (e.g., snagging, rental optimization, exit strategy).
- Schedule consultation calls with the Dubai-based advisory team.
- Offer helpful service switches: e.g., if not interested in resale, offer renovation or rental prep.
Compensation & Benefits:

- Location B17, Islamabad
- Monday to Saturday
