.Net Developer

RT Tech Solutions Group is looking for a talented .NET Developer to join its growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional experience in .NET development and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using both .NET Framework and .NET Core technologies. Design, build, and consume ASP.NET Web APIs to meet various business requirements. Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Work extensively with SQL Server databases, including writing queries and managing data integration tasks. Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development process. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are consistently achieved.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in .NET development is essential. Proficiency in C# programming language and familiarity with both .NET Framework and .NET Core are required. Experience in developing ASP.NET applications and Web APIs is necessary. Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts is expected. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.
