We are looking for a skilled and experienced .NET Developer to join our dynamic team based in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building web applications using .NET technologies, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end development. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can deliver high-quality software solutions while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications utilizing the .NET framework.
- Design, implement, and manage software solutions aligned with project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in .NET development.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, Razor Views, and Bootstrap.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in C#.
- Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git and TFS.
- Experience using JIRA for project tracking and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge of software testing and continuous integration practices is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in .NET development or related technologies are a plus.
- This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs175,000.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Rawalpindi before starting work.
