We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our Sales team in the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales manager in achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong client relationships within the UPS market segment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of UPS products and services, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales manager to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and target markets within the UPS division.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives within the UPS division, regularly monitoring progress and implementing corrective measures when necessary.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive developments within the UPS industry, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of UPS products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and address technical inquiries.

Proposal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales contracts, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Performance Reporting: Generate timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, presenting findings to senior management and offering recommendations for improvement as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the UPS or power electronics industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
