Responsibilities:
Solar Designing on Software:
- Utilize cutting-edge software tools to design and optimize solar projects, ensuring efficiency and maximum energy output.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solar solutions based on client requirements.
Project Execution Management:
- Oversee the execution of Megawatt-scale solar projects, from planning and procurement to installation and commissioning.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase, addressing client queries and offering expertise on solar solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in solar project engineering.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in solar project engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in solar designing software and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, photovoltaic systems, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
