Good Communication Skills: is able to communicate clearly, comprehend instructions both written and in speech with U.S. Patients and U.S. Health Insurance Companies.

Detail Oriented: works accurately, with eye for detail

Disciplined: adherence to company norms and policies.

Tech Savvy: Good keyboard and knowledge of basic system tools like MS-Office etc. to analyze and work on assigned.

Pleasing Personality: Is a willing and eager learner with good comprehension skills.

Responsible: willing to work conscientiously and rigorously on the tasks assigned,

Desire Candidate Profile

Candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/Inbound calls to U.S. Insurance companies and or US-based customers/patients, would also be responsible for resolution of U.S. Medical billing issues, analyze and update the practice management system accordingly. Responsible for effective follow up on Accounts receivables of U.S. clients.
