Project Detail
The Change Management resource is responsible for coordinating and executing (with Project Change Management team) the change management process for the project and initiatives. This includes developing and implementing change management plans, managing stakeholders, and communicating with employees throughout the change process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management plans for the project and initiatives.
- Assess the impact of change on employees and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage resistance to change.
- Attend meetings with EY’s CM team to formulate surveys and campaigns
- Manage stakeholders and ensure their buy-in.
- Track and measure the success of change management initiatives.
- Accompany EY’s Change Management team in various meetings and workshops
- Assist EY’s CM team in performing data analysis.
- Compile and submit a weekly report on CM Initiatives.
- Develop and maintain change management processes and documentation.
