NetSuite Functional Consultant

10Pearls, a global AI-native digital engineering partner, is seeking a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to join their team. This role involves leading business analysis, solution design, ERP configuration, and client engagements for NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong finance domain expertise and the ability to align business processes with NetSuite best practices. Working closely with diverse stakeholders, the consultant will drive the successful delivery of transformative digital solutions that meet client needs across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery workshops, business process assessments, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
- Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and saved searches tailored to business requirements.
- Lead and support NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
- Develop functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct user training sessions, manage deployment activities, and provide post-go-live support.
- Advise clients on NetSuite best practices, process improvements, and system optimization opportunities.
- Support project planning, status reporting, documentation, and maintain clear client communications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in NetSuite consulting, including implementation, configuration, and business process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Tax Management, and Multi-Currency Accounting.
- Solid understanding of Chart of Accounts, Subsidiaries and Intercompany Accounting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, NetSuite configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and executive-level stakeholders.
