Network Management Integration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Management Integration Engineer to join our team and contribute to the integration, deployment, upgrade, migration, and verification of Ericsson Network Management solutions, including ENM, ENIQ, cENM, and EVNFM. In this role, you will work closely with both customer and Ericsson teams to deliver secure, stable, and supportable solutions. You will take ownership of assigned tasks and actively share your expertise with colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, integrate, upgrade, and migrate Ericsson Network Management products such as ENM, ENIQ, cENM, and EVNFM.
- Validate prerequisites, including software versions, connectivity, configurations, and infrastructure readiness before deployment.
- Prepare and execute integration and acceptance tests, maintaining thorough test evidence and detailed implementation documentation.
- Troubleshoot interoperability and deployment issues, resolving them promptly or escalating when necessary, and support smooth customer handover.
- Coordinate delivery activities with customers, architecture teams, cloud/infrastructure specialists, security teams, and project management.
- Adhere strictly to agreed scope, quality standards, security policies, privacy requirements, health and safety regulations, and change-control procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in telecom network management, OSS, or systems integration.
- Proven hands-on experience in telecom solution integration or deployment projects.
- Practical knowledge of Ericsson Network Management products, specifically ENM, ENIQ, cENM, and EVNFM.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems and IP networking fundamentals.
- Experience with integration testing and structured troubleshooting methodologies.
- Competence in cloud environments, with practical understanding of cloud-native or virtualized infrastructures, containers, and orchestration tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel or provide support for planned customer deployments as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working across all four Ericsson products (ENM, ENIQ, cENM, EVNFM) combined with cloud-native or virtualized environments, containerization, orchestration, scripting, or automation is highly desirable.
- Relevant technical certifications will be considered an advantage.
