NETWORK OFFICER

Sukooon Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Network Officer to oversee the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company’s IT network infrastructure. This role is essential to ensure seamless connectivity and network stability across all departments. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence at Small D Ground, Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network devices and a strong understanding of network protocols and security measures.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the company’s LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity to ensure consistent performance.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and other network hardware.
- Ensure network security, stability, and reliable connectivity throughout the organization.
- Diagnose and resolve network-related issues promptly, providing technical support as needed.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, including configurations and IT asset records.
- Liaise with internet service providers to address connectivity and technical concerns.
- Support network-connected devices such as CCTV systems, IP phones, and printers.
- Continuously monitor network performance and address any interruptions or bottlenecks.
- Assist in implementing network security policies and backup procedures to safeguard data.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network administration or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi networking.
- Practical experience working with routers, switches, and network troubleshooting techniques.
- Understanding of firewalls and network security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with networking equipment such as MikroTik, Cisco, or Ubiquiti.
- Relevant certifications like CCNA or MikroTik certification are highly desirable.
- Prior experience supporting networks in office or manufacturing environments is a plus.
