Network Support Engineer

The Network Support Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located within the Karachi Division. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and availability of the company’s network infrastructure. The engineer will be responsible for monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing timely support to both internal teams and customers. Additionally, the role involves assisting with network configuration, deployment, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement upgrades and security policies. The position may require participation in shift-based operations and on-call support to ensure continuous service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and support the company’s network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and service disruption.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers, addressing network-related queries and challenges.
- Assist in network configuration, deployment, and documentation of network changes and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement network upgrades and apply security policies.
- Participate in shift-based operations and on-call rotations as needed to maintain continuous network service.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting of network systems.
- Practical knowledge of Network Security best practices to safeguard infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
