RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, plan, and deliver attractive and dynamic WordPress sites
- Create compelling sales and marketing emails to loyal customers to help grow sales
- Look for opportunities to improve storytelling visually and increase conversions on their websites; ensure they are well maintained, optimized for SEO, fast, and reliable
- Manage and coordinate backend programming, database administration, domains, hosting and other similar work
- Ensure that our sites are tested and provide a first in class customer experience across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including tablets and smartphones
- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years visual design experience, with an emphasis on digital design and a strong online portfolio to showcase your work
- BS in web design/development, graphic design or related field, or relevant experience
- WordPress (a must), HTML, CSS, JQuery, Javascript, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge and aptitude with fully responsive solutions
- Plugin integrations and other online website tools management
- Background and understanding of SEO and online marketing techniques—including website analytics integration, social media integrations, campaign success tracking techniques, tracking pixels and other online tracking devices
- Excellent problem solving, organization, critical thinking, project management, presentation, and communication skills
