Responsible for maintaining and managing in-house inventory manually.
Approval of stock entries in (IMS).
Maintain store inventory
Responsible for forecasting demand and make delivery schedule of expecting incoming
stock deliveries and make follow-ups with vendors in this regard.
Receiving of stock deliveries under own supervision.
Inspection of delivered stock according to different parameters / SOP’s.
Proceed payment file after stock entries into Ledger.
Issuance of stock under own supervision.
Re-Order of endless items after minimum deadline and follow-ups.
Provide assistance regarding official matters, when needed.
Public dealing and miscellaneous etc.
