• Must be proficient in English.

• Tender preparation.
• Clarification for queries for new business.
• Follow-up for ongoing tenders and business deals.
• Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
• Contribution in cost and price calculations.
• Record keeping of all technical and commercial documents, correspondence with the customers.
• Correspondence with international principals/manufactures.
• Guide the team in technical and operational matters.
• Any other duties assigned by the Department manager
