New Graduates / Business Growth Associates

NSOL BPO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations & Creative Team Lead to oversee its creative, technical, and business development teams. This full-time, onsite role is based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PKT). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, monitoring team performance, and maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and accountability across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise team members specializing in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Video Editing, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Business Development.
- Assign daily tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and productivity targets.
- Manage projects, tasks, and workflows using ClickUp and other approved company systems.
- Review creative outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
- Facilitate coordination between internal departments to promote smooth communication and efficient project execution.
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks and operational challenges to enhance team efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, training, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, reporting protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare progress reports and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in leadership or team management roles.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in creative, marketing, or operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, UI/UX, video production, and digital marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) and ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and drive measurable team results.
- High level of accountability and attention to detail.
