New Graduates - QA executive

NSOL BPO is seeking motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Quality Assurance Associates at our onsite location in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start their professional careers in Quality Assurance. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pakistan Time), with a competitive monthly salary range of PKR 60,000 to 80,000. No prior QA experience is required, making this role ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, responsible, and enthusiastic about learning and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness. You will identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement while ensuring tasks meet both client requirements and internal quality standards. Your duties will include following QA checklists and standard operating procedures, reviewing various types of digital and administrative work, and documenting findings clearly. You will provide constructive feedback to team members and coordinate with Team Leads and Account Managers to resolve quality issues. Maintaining accurate QA records and reports is essential, along with developing an understanding of CRM systems and other digital business tools. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality of work delivered to clients.

Required Qualifications
We are looking for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors that others might miss. Good written and verbal English communication skills are essential, along with comfort using computers and learning new software. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to follow instructions carefully, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Being organized, responsible, professional, and eager to learn are key traits for success in this role. Previous experience in Quality Assurance is not mandatory.
