Qarshi Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading Pakistani FMCG company specializing in herbal and natural medicines, food, and beverages, is seeking a qualified Pharm-D professional for the position of Assistant Manager – New Product Development based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences, experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors, and a solid understanding of DRAP and other regulatory requirements. The position involves a blend of new product development, scientific literature review, regulatory documentation, packaging content creation, product-support materials, and product trials, aimed at supporting both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and compile scientific literature and supporting data for products, ensuring alignment with national and international regulatory standards.
- Review and interpret published research articles, clinical trial data, and scientific literature to support product claims and regulatory submissions.
- Prepare regulatory documentation in compliance with DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) and other relevant authorities, including product registration and labeling requirements.
- Create and modify product text for packaging, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Enhance educational materials such as product booklets and patient-care content by translating complex scientific information into accessible language.
- Conduct and support various product trials including in-house, outdoor, and consumer testing activities to evaluate product performance and consumer feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure product compliance and successful market introduction.

Required Qualifications
- Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree, reflecting the scientific and regulatory nature of the role.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries, particularly in areas related to new product development, regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical research, or scientific content development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DRAP regulations and experience with regulatory documentation, product claims, labeling, and compliance.
- Strong skills in scientific literature review, clinical data evaluation, and research interpretation.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to develop clear and precise scientific and medical content.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking to manage complex regulatory and product information.
- Experience with product packaging, labeling content, and product trials is highly desirable.
