New Vision Engineering Consultant is seeking a highly skilled Curriculum & Textbook Specialist to lead the development and enhancement of educational curricula and textbook content. The ideal candidate holds a Masters Degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Education, Curriculum Studies, or a related discipline and brings a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational standards alignment. This role requires expertise in creating and reviewing educational materials that adhere to learning frameworks and standards. The specialist will oversee a team of three professionals, guiding the instructional design process to ensure materials effectively support learning outcomes and comply with established educational criteria. The Curriculum & Textbook Specialist will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze content, manage learning resources, and optimize curriculum delivery through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS). This position demands strong leadership and project management skills to successfully coordinate team activities, implement curriculum evaluation strategies, and maintain high-quality standards in all educational content produced. Through rigorous content analysis and alignment with current educational trends, this role will contribute significantly to the advancement of instructional materials and support the companys goal of providing superior education consulting services.
Responsibilities

Lead the development, preparation, and review of curriculum, textbooks, and instructional materials to meet educational standards and learning objectives.
Align curriculum content with national and international educational standards and frameworks to ensure compliance and relevance.
Design and implement instructional strategies and frameworks that enhance learner engagement and achievement across diverse educational settings.
Oversee and mentor a team of three curriculum professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Conduct comprehensive content analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of educational materials.
Manage and optimize the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS) for efficient content distribution and learner accessibility.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate improvements into the curriculum and textbooks.
Develop and execute curriculum evaluation protocols to assess instructional effectiveness and recommend necessary revisions.
Stay current with emerging trends in curriculum design, instructional technology, and educational research to continuously enhance content quality.
Coordinate the production process, ensuring all materials are produced within budget and timeline while adhering to quality standards.
Facilitate professional development opportunities for the team on best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation on curriculum initiatives, project progress, and evaluation outcomes for senior management.
