Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of impact evaluations using experimental and quasi-experimental techniques to assess program effectiveness accurately.
  • Develop comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks tailored to the specific objectives of development initiatives.
  • Oversee data collection processes, ensuring high-quality and ethically sound survey design and implementation.
  • Conduct advanced statistical and econometric analyses including Difference-in-Differences, regression models, and randomized control trials.
  • Manage a team of three professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance support to enhance their skills and output quality.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to produce clear, insightful evaluation reports for program stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, policy makers, and implementing partners to align evaluation objectives with strategic goals.
  • Utilize statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, and R to process and analyze large datasets effectively.
  • Advise on the integration of impact evaluation findings into program development, policy formulation, and organizational learning.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data protection policies throughout the evaluation process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation methodologies and tools within the organization.
  • Coordinate dissemination of evaluation results through presentations, workshops, and written publications.
  • Stay updated with global best practices in impact evaluation and incorporate innovative methods into evaluation designs.
