This role demands a professional with a strong background in academic quality enhancement and organizational performance evaluation to ensure that all processes comply with regulatory frameworks and achieve continuous improvement. The expert will direct a team of three professionals to effectively manage accreditation activities and institutional audits. In this position, the expert drives the development and execution of quality assurance policies, performs comprehensive risk assessments, and develops risk mitigation strategies aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires excellent stakeholder communication skills to collaborate with both internal departments and external regulatory bodies. By rigorously analyzing performance metrics and leading compliance reviews, the expert ensures that institutional standards meet or exceed expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and management of quality management systems to comply with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
Conduct institutional audits, accreditation processes, and compliance reviews with meticulous attention to accuracy and detail.
Develop and implement risk assessment protocols and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational performance and reputation.
Oversee the analysis of performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to guide decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage a team of three quality assurance professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to ensure efficient operations and achievement of targets.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies to maintain transparency and adherence to standards.
Drive the implementation of ISO standards within the institution, including planning, execution, and evaluation phases.
Ensure academic quality enhancement initiatives align with evolving regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to facilitate feedback, reporting, and resolution of quality-related issues.
Monitor changes in regulatory policies and industry trends to adapt institutional quality assurance strategies accordingly.
