In this position, the Team Leader / IT Evaluation Specialist drives the planning, execution, and delivery of IT evaluations and assessments that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The role involves applying expert project management practices, risk assessment methods, and IT governance frameworks to deliver high-quality results. The specialist is responsible for fostering a collaborative environment within the team to promote innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in IT evaluation processes.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of five IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful completion of IT evaluation projects.
Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive IT system assessments and digital transformation evaluations that align with company and client objectives.
Perform detailed risk assessments associated with IT projects, systems, and processes, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
Ensure strict compliance with IT governance and regulatory standards throughout all phases of project management and evaluation activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring that evaluations meet business needs.
Monitor and assess the progress of IT projects and evaluation assignments, producing timely reports and presenting findings to senior management.
Develop and implement best practices and methodologies for technology assessment, software project evaluation, and IT governance.
Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration by bridging technical and business perspectives within the team and with external partners.
Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
Continuously analyze emerging trends and innovations in IT systems and digital transformation to enhance evaluation techniques and recommendations.
Promote a culture of compliance, ethical standards, and quality assurance in IT processes and project deliverables.
