In this role, you apply your advanced education and extensive background to conduct comprehensive training needs analysis, design engaging learning experiences, and implement development initiatives that align with organizational goals. You collaborate closely with stakeholders to measure training outcomes and refine methodologies, driving transformative capacity-building efforts within the education sector and beyond.
Responsibilities

Lead the assessment of training and development needs through data collection, analysis, and stakeholder consultation to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials, curricula, and training programs that align with organizational objectives and learner needs.
Facilitate interactive and engaging workshops, seminars, and training sessions that promote active learning and knowledge retention.
Develop and implement a capacity-building strategy that supports institutional growth, professional development, and sustainable learning initiatives.
Manage and mentor a team of three training professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality program delivery.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align training objectives with broader organizational and sector goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using qualitative and quantitative measures to ensure continuous improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on training outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future capacity-building efforts.
Stay current with trends and best practices in education, training methodologies, and capacity development to enhance program relevance and impact.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, guidelines, and standards related to training and capacity building activities.
