Candidate shall be responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with the clients and tracking/ recovering payment of monthly installments as per agreed milestone payments schedules by clients. Responsibilities & Job Description are as follows:-
- Should be pleasant personality and self-motivated.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building skills and having strong problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Should be able to handle difficult situations/customers in a calm and responsible manner.
- Should have strong the ability, perseverance and presence of mind to meet recovery targets.Ø Should be able to develop and ensure effective implementation of Installment Recovery Plan using all means of communication.
- Remain in coordination with finance department to maintain and update instillment recovery data sheets at all times.
- To update customers on the construction progress, present company’s point to view in a convincing manner and motivate them for timely payment of installments.
- Prepare monthly reports regarding recovery and forecasting to help the company for better construction planning.
- To give feed-back of each client to the GM for their payment behaviors and for future business opportunities.
- Should maintain record of all conversations in database in a comprehensive way.
- Receiving customers in the office as and when they visit the office.
- Proficient in MS Office and other software.
Any other tasks assigned by the company from time to time as per instruction of the GM
