Role description:
As a Support Centre Executives, your role is to support the Support Centre Executives Manager in finding solutions for customers and advising them on all the different products and services we offer This requires an individual with a good eye for detail and a measured approach to work with an ability to prioritize tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. Additionally, you will be expected to support the Customer Service team with any ad hoc projects.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
Answer emails & chat
Excellent Customer service skills, friendly and approachable manner
Ability to work under pressure and follow direction
A team worker with a flexible approach and good communication skills
Attention to Detail
Essential:
Must have strong Customer Service skills
Good communication skills to liaise with customers at all levels
Fluent English Speaking
Good IT skills - Word/Outlook/Excel
Beneficial:
Previous Experience in a Customer Contact Centre or a customer support role
