• Nexgen Outsource is a UK based inbound call center, with its local office in  Rawalpindi.
  • As a customer service representative you will,
  • Take information from the passengers in the UK (addresses and time) over the phone and make taxi bookings in the company software.
  • Provide quotations to the passengers.
  • Make amendments in already made bookings. 
  • Deal with any other passengers or drivers inquires.
  • Its a 24/7 operational office and applicants should be able to work in shifts (Morning, evening, night). Exceptions might be made for females.
  • Only those people are eligible to apply who have excellent English spoken and understanding skills (preferably UK accent).
  • If you cannot speak excellent English you should please save your time and ours.
