Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 1 x Executive Secretary to CEO for its Johar Town, Lahore based office.Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support to CEO.
- Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of CEO including appointments, meetings and travel.
- Make decisions related to financial matters of the organization with the approval of the CEO.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to CEO’s office including phone calls, emails and walk ins.
- Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations as and when required by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree holder
- Atleast 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Presentable personality
- Excellent communication skills (English and Urdu)
- Trustworthy
- Maturity in approach to decision making on behalf of the CEO.
- Must be able to take ownership of the tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Must be available to interact with the CEO as and when required in the office or remotely.
Salary and Benefits:
Gross salary as per skill-set
a) During Probation period:
- Basic salary (as per skill set)
- 3 sick/casual leaves
- Subsidized company lunch/dinner
- Travelling allowance for female staff

b) After completion of Probation period (Permanent Employee is entitled to the following benefits):
- Provident Fund
