We are looking for Sales & Marketing Manager for our office in Lahore.
A handsome and market competitive salary package along with Company maintained Car will be offered to the selected candidate.
Successful candidate will be required to do followings;
- Manage sales and fulfill needs of existing customers
- Build strong relationships with corporate customers by frequent visits
- Business Development in local & International Market
- Follow ups with customers
- Liaison with Factory
- To Give input in budgeting of the department
- To forecast sales for each customer with the collaboration of later and to plan accordingly
- To set departmental annual targets and to plan accordingly for accomplishment
- To Supervise, train & Manage his/her team members
- Follow ups for Payment
- Ensure proper work process is being followed
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
