NexTech Solutions is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will lead a team of three professionals and ensure that quality management systems are rigorously applied to meet the highest standards. This role demands a strong focus on process improvement and maintaining regulatory compliance, fostering an environment where continuous improvement is prioritized and quality objectives are consistently met. The Quality Assurance Manager directs the development and implementation of performance metrics to monitor product and service quality, drives corrective and preventive actions, and ensures effective coordination across departments. Fluency in English and clear communication skills are essential for successful collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. This position requires a proactive approach to leadership and the capacity to manage quality assurance activities that support the companys commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a quality assurance team of three members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and promote continuous quality improvement across projects.
Develop, track, and report on performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of quality assurance activities and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations.
Plan and facilitate quality audits and reviews to validate process adherence and product quality.
Oversee the documentation, investigation, and resolution of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English to coordinate activities, provide updates, and deliver quality-related training or presentations.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and proactive adaptation of quality strategies.
Drive a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
