nextOsys (A Sharp Image Company) is looking to hire for Project Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Share the entire requirement of the project with team leader like reference video and all other relevant information that is provided by the client.
- Coordinate with team lead(Sales & Production Department) for smooth flow of projects.
- Correspondence with the Client and communicate the feedback to the Artist in a tactful and constructive manner.
- Coordinate with team lead (Production Department) for illustration and animation phases.
- Coordinate with team lead (Web Development Department) for website development projects.
- Monitor the status of projects to make sure they are proceeding as expected.
- Responsible for delivering the project to the Client.
- Make sure that the client pays/release the payment of the project before the delivery of final cut to the Client.
- Responsible for doing final Quality Assurance.
- Project Management training will be provided to the fresh candidates.
Vendor Management:
- Recruit and hire vendors online.
- Establish budgets for vendors.
- Monitor the status of outsourced projects to make sure they are proceeding as expected.
- Facilitate relationship between the vendors and the company.
- Manage payment process, copyrights.
- Categorized outsource / vendor database on the basis of skills set& price.
Rotational shift timings:
1) 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
2) 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
3) 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
4) 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
5) 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Skills required:
- Minimum Graduate BBA/BCS
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English
- Proficiency in Ms Office and E-Mailing
- Time Management Skills

Minimum Graduate, BBA/BCS
Salary:
15000 to 25000 PKR
