- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clear and concise proposals that meet the customers needs.
- Develop and implement technical strategies and solutions that address client needs, differentiate the company from competitors, and maximize win potential.
- Work with the sales team to ensure that proposals are aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and ensuring that proposals are submitted on time and within budget.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Propose innovative solutions and improvements to enhance proposal quality and effectiveness.
- Lead & train proposal engineers.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in all activities.
- Any other task assigned by Line Manager / Sr. Management.
