Cold Calling Expert

We are currently hiring an on-site Cold Calling Dialer to make international outbound calls targeting businesses in the United States. This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, confidence on calls, and a passion for sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound international calls (primarily to the US) to pitch marketing services
Follow scripts while adapting to live conversations
Understand client needs and qualify potential leads
Record all interactions and outcomes in CRM tools
Collaborate with the business development team to improve lead conversion

Requirements

Fluent in English with a neutral or American accent
1+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (international preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
Basic understanding of marketing services (e.g., social media marketing, branding, web development)
Must be available for on-site work during night shifts
Located in or willing to commute to DHA Raya, Lahore
