3- Call on Leeds and follow up of walk ins to generating visits that develop into new customers
4- Keep records of all student interactions
5- Process students and staff accounts and file documents
6- Excellent communication skills in Urdu & English - verbal and written
7- To monitor & control every happening at reception
8- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
9- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail.
