UI / UX / Graphic Designer

As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless and visually engaging user experiences. You will be responsible for wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, and the creation of graphic assets that elevate the user experience across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for new and existing products.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to guide design decisions.
Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
Design marketing and branding assets as needed (logos, banners, social media graphics, etc.).
Ensure consistency of visual elements and user experience across all digital platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects across web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
Familiarity with frontend development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
Attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern design.

Nice to Have

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, or SaaS platforms.
Motion/interaction design experience using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Framer.
