Material Store Inchareg

Nexvora International is seeking a dedicated Material Store Inchareg with at least three years of experience in warehouse operations. This role focuses on efficiently managing the storage, handling, and distribution of materials within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and seamless operations. The Material Store Inchareg will oversee daily warehouse activities to maintain order and optimize workflows. This position requires collaboration with other departments to support production schedules and company logistics. Although this role does not involve team management, the candidate must be proactive in coordinating with team members and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials in the warehouse according to company guidelines.
Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks and updating databases.
Ensure proper labeling and organization of warehoused items to facilitate easy retrieval and minimize errors.
Implement safety practices during material handling to comply with workplace regulations.
Coordinate with procurement and production departments to align material availability with operational needs.
Monitor warehouse conditions and report any discrepancies or damages promptly to management.
Prepare reports on stock levels, material movement, and warehouse activities for supervisory review.
Assist in ordering supplies and equipment necessary for maintaining warehouse functions.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area to ensure a safe working environment.
