We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) stack to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications across the entire software development life cycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient server-side and client-side architecture.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including designers, product managers, and other developers) to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack web development and apply them to improve our development process and product offerings.
- Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, specifically working with the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its libraries and frameworks, including Node.js, React.js, and Express.js.
- Experience with database technologies like MongoDB, and proficiency in writing efficient queries and designing schemas.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and code collaboration tools like GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and consuming APIs.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
