Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaising with prospective property buyers and sellers, building rapport and fact finding, establishing how best we can meet their needs
- Identifying new business sales opportunities to raise valuations
- Pro actively nurturing clients until they’re ready to come to market with NG BUILDERS
- Promoting our brand and supporting existing and new customers, spotting any opportunity to support our customers further with their property selling/buying journey
- Brand Ambassador; demonstrating a positive and professional attitude / behaviour with every customer interaction
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements
- Excellent telephony call handling skills including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing
- Highly motivated with excellent work ethic
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to make personal connections with prospects
- Good listening and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
