Nic Sialkot seeks an experienced Industrial Collaborations & Investments Expert to lead and develop mentorship programs that ensure startups receive high-quality guidance from seasoned industry professionals. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the end-to-end mentorship program to support startup growth and development.
- Identify, onboard, and manage a strong network of experienced mentors aligned with the needs of various startups.
- Design and implement strategies to effectively match mentors with startups based on expertise and startup requirements.
- Supervise the quality and consistency of mentoring activities to ensure impactful guidance for startups.
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and innovation within the mentoring ecosystem.
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of three professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to maximize program success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry experts, investors, and other stakeholders to create more opportunities for startups.
- Monitor and evaluate mentorship program outcomes and continuously improve practices based on feedback and industry trends.
- Coordinate workshops, networking events, and learning sessions to enhance engagement and skill development among startups and mentors.
