• Keep abreast of new technologies and trends within the industry
• Escalate issues, keep informed, advise and receive objectives
• Define scope for projects and maintenance activities
• Keep track of opportunities and keep strong follow-up
• Understanding customer requirements directly from customer or the field sales staff
• Identify and document appropriate Bill of Quantity (BoQ) details.
• Use data base prices if updated else seek updated component prices and save with reference.
• Maintain vendor, supplier contact information and also ensure availability of updated prices
• Enhance efficiency and quality of service to end users. Ensure customer satisfaction resolve and provide solutions to issues and report if management support required to meet customer expectations
• Consistent status reporting to customer and management
• Inspire, guide, support and motivate team, provide direction and manage performance
