We are a new startup seeking to grow rapidly in a niche vertical within the ERP namespace.
- Create detailed functional requirements and development artefacts such as workflow diagrams, business rules, data mapping spreadsheets, and/or wire-frames
- Develop and run test scripts for clients to validate business processes
- Develop Business Requirement Document (BRS)
- Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to configure applications
- Change management, end user training, UAT for smooth business process transition
Required Skill Set:
- Proficiency in English is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Have worked with diagramming and graphing tools e.g., Microsoft Visio, Draw IO, Balsamic, etc.
- Detail oriented, with solid analytic and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge/Experience with writing requirement/specifications of technology related products
- Basic knowledge of project management, product design trends and good practices
- Must be able to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Candidates possess the knowledge / experience of business processes of supply chain, freight forwarding,
- Imports, exports, transit and customs clearance will be given preference
