  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner as they arrive at the medical center.
  • Direct patients to the appropriate department or specialist within the center based on their needs.

Appointment Scheduling and Management:

  • Schedule appointments accurately using our electronic scheduling system.
  • Coordinate patient appointments across different domains of the medical center, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal waiting times.

Handling Inquiries and Providing Information:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about services offered in each domain of the medical center, including the Aesthetic Center, IV Lounge, Medical Spa, and Regenerative Medicine.

Patient Registration and Documentation:

  • Assist patients with registration forms and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Payment Processing and Billing:

  • Collect payments for services rendered and process transactions accurately.
  • Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and coordinate with billing departments as necessary.

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area:

  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized at all times.
  • Ensure reading materials and informational brochures are stocked and displayed appropriately.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to address patient needs and concerns promptly.
