We are seeking a MEP Design Engineer with extensive HVAC design and execution experience. Candidate should be well-versed international standards and best practices including ANSI/ASHE/AHRAE. Experience with large health care facilities preferred. Professional atitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a team is essential. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Preparing Designs, Drawings, BOQ's, Specifications and Reports
- Coordination with Architect(s) and other team members
- Providing Technical Advice
- Monitoring and Inspecting work on site
- Contract Administration
