We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team as Senior Executive Finance and Accounts / Deputy Manager Finance and Accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting functions and will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting and accounting functions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
- Processing of basic Income and Sales Tax functions
- Handling of routine/perodic SECP compliances
Requirements:
- CA (ICAP) or ACCA with 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- MBA / (link unavailable) / MSc (Finance / Accounting) with 5-7 years of experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
