Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in overall academic and administrative leadership of the school (Grades 4 – Matric).
- Ensure effective teaching and learning through curriculum supervision, teacher mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and student conduct in alignment with school policies.
- Collaborate with faculty, parents, and management to promote a positive and supportive school environment.
- Monitor academic performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead and organize staff meetings, training sessions, and co-curricular programs.
- Act as Acting Principal when required.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education/Management or relevant field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience and at least 2–3 years in an administrative/leadership role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to maintain discipline, motivate teachers, and ensure high academic standards.
- Familiarity with Matriculation curriculum and examination systems.
