Areas of responsibility will be:
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Prepare Job descriptions for all Jobs
- Recruitment by posting adds and finding suitable talent using an online and on-campus approach.
- Employee records maintenance according to company policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Prepare Company HR Policy manual.
