We are looking for a skilled No-Code AI & Automation Expert to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis, working on-site in the Karachi Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated workflows using no-code platforms such as n8n, GHL, Make.com, and Vapi. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to understand their operational needs and develop tailored automation solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Daily tasks include configuring automation processes, troubleshooting technical challenges, and supporting ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows utilizing platforms like n8n, GHL, and Make.com.
- Build and manage AI-driven chatbots, AI callers, virtual receptionists, and booking systems to improve user interaction and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain CRM and WhatsApp automation workflows to streamline communication and customer management processes.
- Integrate advanced AI tools such as Vapi, Zpair, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and Voiceflow to enhance automation capabilities.
- Set up inbound and outbound calling agents, including AI recruiters, to optimize recruitment and communication workflows.
- Automate sector-specific workflows, particularly in real estate sales and healthcare, to boost operational efficiency.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of all deployed automation solutions, maintaining high standards of quality and uptime.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with no-code automation tools including n8n, GHL, Make.com, and Vapi.
- Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex automation workflows.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently while fostering strong teamwork and collaboration within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in software development or IT roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI chatbot development, voice agents, and integration of booking platforms.
- Experience integrating CRM systems, WhatsApp, and third-party APIs to create seamless automation solutions.
- Knowledge of additional tools such as Loveable.ai and Zpair is advantageous.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs15,000 to Rs100,000, depending on experience and employment type.
- On-site work location in Karachi, enabling direct interaction with teams and projects for effective collaboration.
